Cancellation Policy
When and how you can cancel an order
We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations work at Diamond Dew.
Before Dispatch
- You may cancel an order before it is shipped without hassle.
- Message us on WhatsApp at 9253164911 with your order details and cancellation request.
- If payment was already made online / UPI, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
After Dispatch
- Once the order is handed to the courier, cancellation is generally not possible.
- You may refuse delivery only in special cases agreed with our team, or raise a return after receiving the product as per our Return Policy.
Seller Cancellations
Occasionally we may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases you will be informed promptly and any payment received will be refunded.
Partial Cancellations
For multi-item orders, you may request cancellation of specific items before dispatch. Charges and shipping will be recalculated accordingly.
